It contains more than 93% natural quartz as well resins and bonding agents. As a result it is non-porous and thus heat, scratch and stain resistant, making it perfect for kitchens, bathrooms and other home surfaces.

Quantum Quartz is a high quality solid engineered stone made from up to 93% natural quartz. It is practically maintenance free and very long lasting due to its non-porous, durable nature making it heat, scratch and stain resistant.
Quantum Quartz is certified by the National Sanitary Foundation and meets all food safety requirements which makes it a hygienic surface and very suitable for any home or professional kitchen benchtop.
Engineered or reconstituted stone products such as Quantum Quartz can be used as kitchen splashbacks, as bathroom walls and vanities, floor tiling or used uniquely in furniture.
Quantum Quartz is not an ideal product for exterior use as exposure to direct sunlight for prolonged periods can result in colour changes or fading and warping.
Quantum Quartz has a carefully designed colour palette with more than 40 products ranging from the subtle beige tones to the vibrant beauty of the luminescent Starlight colours, which provide you the opportunity to perfect your individual style and décor and can be used in a variety of domestic and commercial applications.
As with any stone surface, whether natural or reconstituted, it is never recommended to place hot pots and pans directly onto the surface as the extreme change in temperatures can cause the stone to crack or fracture.
Taking care of Quantum Quartz or any engineered quartz-stone surface is easy.

For everyday use simply use water and a cloth. Occasionally you may need to give the product a deeper clean with a non-alcoholic, non-acidic based spray or gel. Be sure to thoroughly remove the cleaning agent from the surface to lessen the chance of leaving a film. Tougher stains may require Quantum Quartz Cream Cleanser.

Your stonemason will cut, polish and install your bench top. All Quantum Quartz material gets checked when it arrives in our warehouse & before it leaves.

Yes. A 10 Year Limited Warranty is valid to the original customer for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. See the Quantum Quartz website for further information for what is and what is not included in their warranty.
Quantum Quartz is produced from up to 93% natural quartz and is Greentag Certified with a Level A GreenRate. It is not expected to cause harm to animals, plants or fish, nor will it decompose to form hazardous products.
